The Gulf Development Forum is organizing its next annual meeting in Bahrain on Thursday and Friday 10-11 February 2011, and it will be about higher education in the GCC countries. The meeting program is supervised by Dr. Saad Al-Zahrani, and Dr. Baqer Al-Najjar, Dr. Ali Al-Tarrah, Dr. Amna Khalifa and Dr. Abdullah Al-Kubaisi were invited to participate and write the scientific papers that will be discussed in the meeting.
